While visiting in Texas , I wanted to try catfish for the first time ever, I’m so happy I went here ! It was so delicious perfectly fried to perfection crispy on the outside and flakey fish on the inside !! White flakey fish on the inside and crispy delicious tasting skin/crust on the outside ! Hot and flavorful ! The hush puppies were absolutely crunchy and fresh perfect meal best catfish I have had so far since it is also my first time trying it , can’t wait to go back here when in Texas. Also I didn’t get the guys name who made the food but it was good talking to him he is a very nice guy.

Jesse and Steve were so polite and had excellent service. This was our first time ordering from this location and they didn’t disappoint! All of our food came out hot and fresh; we ordered the #7 U Call It platter and had plenty to feed the family. The catfish tastes so clean and fresh as well as the shrimp and the crab used in the Crab Balls.

Been to this spot twice and it’s easily become one of my favorite places for quick, affordable, tasty catfish fillets. The seasoning is perfect and the portions are generous! Both the lady and gentleman working inside the cart are friendly.

I wasn't impressed...food lacked season! It was like the fish was just tossed in cornmeal and fried as well as the fries! Boudain balls were average, and I would get them again if I ever went back. They had good prices for there combo's. The fish were filets cut into like three strips they were small pieces. Forgot I had shrimp too...nothing to write home about.

This is really great spot. I was looking for a new spot, bored with the food options in the area. This food is well seasoned and delicious. This was my 1st time, I got the #18, sooo good! My fiance is very picky and he talked about how good it tasted, as did the friends we shared it with. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing cat fish and hush puppies. Tastes list like my grandmother's. You order outside in a food trailer, but there is an inside space to enjoy your meal. I've had it all! It's wonderful--tip, open the container if you plan on driving the fish home so the fish and fries remain flaky and not steam up!

Went by today for the first time for broiled shrimp. They offer indoor dining. It’ll be later in the year before they have broiled shrimp and crab. However the Fried Catfish & Cowboy Balls are . Red Carpet Customer Service

We always went to the Atascosita location because it was closer to my Dad's, he loved this food, and would eat it daily if possible. This location is closer to home and we decided to try it out. Holy was amazing, she was attentive, welcoming and the food delicious. We were also pleasantly surprised that they had an enclosed dining area, that was very clean. We will be back Holy, thank you!!!
